Support for regular group rides, run clubs, swim clubs, PT sessions, etc. that impact fatigue, recovery, etc. and can be taken into account at plan creation time instead of just dynamically by adjusting for missed / extra workouts. This way I don’t get a planned threshold workout the day after a 3-hour social ride.
Examples: a three times weekly set of physio exercises, a monthly social ride, weekly run club, etc..
Good idea, i ask each weekend the chat regarding proposed trainings (run essentially) to adapt the predicted load.
The near-term plan is to have more sophisticated availability setting:
- set availability for certain weeks, not just every week
- block days in calendar for certain activity or all activity type
- … other ideas?
I think a lot of the other examples could be accommodated via the System Plan Prompt and/or working through modifications occasionally with the chat
I was imagining something similar to the ‘recurring meeting’ feature in my workplace calendar application (Outlook).
I believe the chat could handle this ad-hoc, but I need to remember to add that to the prompt each time a plan is generated and/or fix it later with the chat. Nice to not need to remember to do that.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn mann in der Änderung der Wochenverfügbarkeit (im Kalender aufrufbar) an jeden Tag Trainingswünsche eintragen könnte wie z.B. Skitour, Bergsteigen, Wandern, Laufen usw. aber auch das bereis geplante ersichtlich ist. Für mich würde es so in der Planung übersichtlicher werden und bei mir ist nicht jede Woche gleich (Arbeit, Sport und Familie).
Derzeit kann ich nur die Zeit bzw. Rad und Krafttraining ändern.

But also we could maybe add a field to the weekly override where you can enter specific requests, kind of like a “mini system plan prompt”
