We now trigger a weekly Notification for you in case you’re not fully on track with your training plan. Default day is Monday but you can change the weekday in Account settings.
This triggers the chat with instructions to bring you back on track via replanning.
This also replaces the missed and skipped workout adaptations that were triggered on a one to one basis before.
Rather one bulk adaptation per week.

Thank you for that, does it trigger every week or only if we are not on track?

every week but only if you’re not on track

I have set mine to trigger on a Sunday and having not trained since Monday 30th March due to a cold and also travelling, i would have thought this would have triggered a replan, going forward.
Just double checked. Your compliance is still pretty good: over 80%. Below 70% is where it triggers the replan
Could you clarify how this works. As I was ill and I was using the new check in chat I was skipping each workout and it was removing them from the calendar. So does the compliance for the week still count the skipped workouts or is it just measured against workouts still in the calendar for the week. Mine might be slightly skewed because I was going walking whenever possible. As I missed a number of workouts I would have thought a localised replan would be necessary.
Yes compliance is relative to the workouts in the calendar. So if you skipped them with the chat that wouldn’t have hurt your compliance indeed
So you can skip a workout as long as you don’t actually skip it in the calendar and the replan will then work if compliance falls below 70%?
Might be good if the chat can now be stopped from removing workouts from the calendar if it suggests skipping a workout as part of your check-in and just keeps a record it’s been skipped.
yes
yeah it’s a bit complicated: skipping workouts could be due to
- replacement (e.g. replace generic threshold workout with over unders) → compliance shouldn’t factor in that skipped workout, or
- genuine skipping, e.g. due to sickness/travel like in your case → compliance arguably should be affected.
So technically the chat LLM has to know the difference. At the moment we keep it simple by not factoring in skipped workouts into compliance
