Import ZWO files and public/private lib

Hi,

I’m expecting it’s working with files import on the chat ; but it accepts only PDF and some various format.

It would be nice to create a library public and private to add our trainings like Zwift or MyWhoosh proposed : taper, endurance, etc and sport : swimming, etc

All trainings are available on the web and import for user would be nice.

Per example, i use this recovery riding in ZWO format from a public website (out of Zwift) on home trainer to be less boring :

Good idea, I think that should be easy to do if Gemini understands zwo files. Will test if it does

Hi Markus,

Good to see you

It is more than ZWO imports ;-).

The idea is to build a public/private lib where users can populate with trainings. I have a lot of trainings for strenght, swimming pool or running per example ; the idea is to ask the system to use it when it is possible and aligned to your goal vs when the system prefers to generate by itself.

The second idea is to create a kind of public lib where anyone of the community can populate it. ZWO format is more simple than JSON conversion from Garmin (which is a bullshit) and more popular. Or if you have another idea ? It would better to format these files regarding FTP for running and cycling and CS for swimming.

Hm interesting… Honestly, in general I don’t love the whole library idea when AI can create the workouts dynamically how you want them. But it’s an interesting idea, maybe we could connect it with memory.

I think if we do that then only for the individual, I find the whole idea of sharing workouts and setting there intensity relative to FTP doesn’t work well in practice. TP I think has that idea but then you always need to make sure that thresholds and zones are in-sync between platforms which is a pain for the user. Defining workouts in terms of absolute power is much more robust. Swimming and to some extend strength would be the exception.

The idea is to have a lib where AIE user can take some idea and in parallel Gemini can use as a memory or deviation to improve it.

I don’t understand why setting an training link to a FTP does not work well because all trainings are linked to it in AIE too  even if depending of freshness you can modulate it.

workouts in AIE are always defined via absolute pace/power except for swimming relative to CSS. For TP export we have to jump through these hoops to define it relative to FTP

Maybe, i’ve understand. You speak just for target value in the file, right ? Of course, each value are linked to user zone (threshold, tempo etc). FTP is just the assumption on the threshold zone (upper limit or 80-90%).
For me it is just an indicator of my shape and freshness. But of course, targets during the trainings are more hard when i was less fresh lol.

As an example, for lib :
