After a 6 month review process :see_no_evil_monkey: , our ChatGPT app is now live:

Once you connect it, ChatGPT gets access to the same tools our in-app AI chat uses. Itā€™ll automatically decide when to pull in AI Endurance based on your conversation, or you can just say ā€œAI Enduranceā€ to call it directly.

A few things it can do inside ChatGPT:

  • create workouts
  • analyze past workouts
  • analyze recovery

This is handy if you like working in ChatGPT and want to fold AI Endurance into those workflows without switching to our in-app chat, or if you simply prefer GPT models. Both GPT and Gemini work well here, so use whichever you like.
