Problems with ramp test advised by chat

I’m losing ‘faith’ in the chat.

It agreed it would be a good idea to do a ramp test for various reasons, and provided one. The test did not seem right and the outcome seemed far too good to be true.

I downloaded the .FIT file and looked - it had warm up and cool down but the ‘ramp’ section was empty, so no power targets:

So next I flag this with the chat it replies:

Thank you for catching that; I am flagging this issue to the technical team immediately so they can fix the “Ramp Test - AI Endurance” workout file.

Is this actually happening or is the AI just trying to sound helpful?

When it created a new ramp test is looked like:

Not sure how standard this test is?

Thanks for the feedback and sorry it went off the rails. The agent is strongly advised to refer you to support and not ‘pretend’ it filed a ticket or something like that. Looks like it did just that anyways…

Could you please send the ID of the chat (last part of URL on chat page) and your email address you’re using for AI Endurance to info@aiendurance.com ? Would like to have a look what went wrong here, thanks!

I wouldn’t say I’m losing faith but from a personal taste perspective I prefer specific functionality versus chatting to something when managing my calendar - specifically:

  1. Changing the modality of a workout
  2. Changing the duration
  3. Adding a new workout

That’s just me, though.

What do you use to see the fit like this ?

@Benjamin_NICOLLE https://www.fitfileviewer.com/ allows you to upload a FIT file and see the contents

@Antony_Robinson just uploaded a fix that should make creation of workouts with custom power targets like ramp tests much more seamless: Pin chats and custom power/pace targets workout creation
