You can now directly pick running and cycling goal events in the Plan page if you’re on a Triathlete account. This was possible before via Custom Configuration but somewhat hidden so should be more visible and straightforward now.
Can you add duathlon with sprint, standard, middle and long distance?
it’s doable now using instructions and setting swimming to zero but would be nice to have it as a standard option.

Sorry I didn’t answer you - yes middle and long are a thing in duathlon (for example there are world and European champs) but nowhere near as popular
