You can now edit any given day of your training plan. Simply click on ‘Edit Day’ in the ‘…’ menu in the calendar page.
You can now:
- Shorten/lengthen the workout of the day
- Make the workout easier/harder
- Add a workout
- Swap against upcoming workout if you have a last minute change
- Generate Smart Alternatives taking into account your recovery status, plan compliance and availability
Each option comes with an optional prompt to fine tune according to your preferences used by Gemini 3 under the hood.
