Compliance scoring just got a major upgrade. Previously, we compared your planned vs completed time in zones across the entire week, which made it hard to understand why your score was what it was.
Now, each workout gets its own compliance score by matching time in zones between the planned and completed activity. There are sensible tolerances built in, so if your threshold run drifts slightly into tempo zone, your score won’t take a hit.
Planned and completed activities are automatically paired, but you can override those pairings in the calendar if needed. Your overall compliance score is then calculated from all individual workout scores, weighted by duration.
You’ll see individual compliance scores right in the calendar, and the chat can pull both your overall and individual workout compliance scores.
