This is really a yes/no question of… “is it good enough”.
For cycling I use Wahoo and Zwift which means no HRV data currently (my kingdom for HRV from both - plus TSS on Zwift).
For running I use Suunto and Zwift. The Suunto gives HRV so that’s at least a bit of HRV data during an activity for running.
With this combination are the automatic zones and thresholds from AI Endurance accurate enough to live a test-free life? With the bits and pieces of training I did during winter the current values feel right, but I’m curious what others have seen and in a broader sense if they’ve been accurate enough.
