Hi all, I am new to using AlphaHRV and was following the instructions from the BLOG entry how to install and setu the Data field on my Garmin 970. I am using the famous H10 from Polar. All works well, but I do not receive the readiness alert after 10mins. Nor can I see the readiness (pace based) in the analysis of the workout. Can someone help me with an advise what could be wrong? In the fit file the DFA a1 is visible. Thanks!
I believe you need to enable the alert in the Settings of AlphaHRV using ConnectIQ.
Watch icon → Data Fields → AlphaHRV → Settings → Show Readiness alert panel (on).
Sorry, forgot tomention: I already did activate it in the settings without success. I also sent a message to the developer via Google store, but did get no answer.
Also worth mentioning it takes a few activities with clean hrv before readiness can be calculated, needs to establish a baseline first
