I cannot connect Whoop, I get as far as clicking permit and then get the expired notice, tried different browsers, different internet connections, phone and PC
Hm I can’t see any issues on our end, Wahoo connection seems to be working fine as far as I can tell. Did you try logging in and out of your Wahoo account?
Yup, multiple times, clear cache tried from PC tried from Phone same result, tried on phone data in case isp interrupting connection, nothing
Its whoop not wahoo
Sorry, you did say Whoop ![]()
I just looked into this and Whoop needs to increase our user limit, it’s full now. I have reached out to them a couple of times prior to this already as we were getting close to the limit but they haven’t responded yet.
Please contact their support and ask them to increase the user limit for AI Endurance. Hopefully they’ll be more responsive to their direct customers.
There response,
Thanks for reaching out about connecting WHOOP with AI Endurance!
To allow more than 10 members to use your integration, the application needs to be submitted for approval through the WHOOP Developer Platform. Once your app is approved, the user limit will automatically lift so additional members can connect their WHOOP accounts.
Here’s what to do: 1. Sign in to the WHOOP Developer Hub with the account that created the AI Endurance integration.
2. Open “My Apps,” select your AI Endurance application, and click “Submit for Review.”
3. Complete the submission form, including a short description of how the integration works and any screenshots requested.
4. Submit the form. You’ll receive confirmation on-screen that your request was received.
A few notes: • Reviews are handled in the order they’re received. Because of high demand, response times can vary, but you’ll get an email once a decision is made.
• No additional steps are required on the WHOOP member side—once the integration is approved, they can connect their accounts as usual.
• If you have questions about the submission requirements, the “API Reference” and “Getting Started” sections of the Developer Hub provide detailed guidance.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!
Best,

Thanks for writing them. Can you please answer them that this is not about the 10 user limit but about production release hitting the user limit they have currently set for AI Endurance and that we have requested user limit increase twice through the offical form already?
Feel free to cc me markus@aiendurance.com
Hi Mark,
I understand how frustrating it is to be blocked from connecting to AI Endurance when the current user cap has already been reached. That cap is managed through the WHOOP Developer Platform, and it only lifts once the integration’s request for a higher limit is approved.
What this means for you right now • Until the request is approved, new WHOOP members will see an error when attempting to connect to AI Endurance.
• The review process takes place in the order requests are received. When the AI Endurance team submitted their increase request, they should have received an on-screen confirmation; once it’s approved, they’ll also get an email notice, and the higher limit will go live automatically.
• No action is required on your WHOOP account—the integration will begin working as soon as the cap is raised.
Next steps you can take • Let the AI Endurance team know you’re affected so they’re aware of the urgency for their current request.
• In the meantime, if you’d like to keep your AI Endurance data up to date, you can manually export key metrics from WHOOP (e.g., Strain or activity summaries) and import them into AI Endurance where that option is available.
I know waiting isn’t ideal, but as soon as the integration’s expanded limit is approved, connecting will be seamless again. If you have any other questions about using WHOOP while you wait, feel free to let me know—I’m happy to help however I can.
Best,
WHOOP Membership Services
