Your Plan System Prompt is now read and enforced when you request a plan. Before the plan search starts, and LLM responds what was understood. The plan follows, for example:

- Days or sports you don’t train: “no running on Fridays”, “Mondays off”
- Dates you are away: “holiday Nov 20 to 27”, “no training before the 3rd”
- Weekly and session limits: “max 4 sessions”, “3 rides a week”, “one rest day per week”, “swims never longer than 45 min”
- The day of your long run or ride, no double days, a shorter or longer taper
- Easy-only days or periods: “no intervals for the first 4 weeks”, “Zone 2 only until March”
- Time windows on any of the above (new since yesterday): “for the first 2 weeks”, “in the last 3 weeks before the race”, “from March”

Before the search, a dialogue shows what was applied to your availability, which days will be blocked, the rules the scheduler will follow, and anything that was not applied with the reason.

It also warns about setups that obviously won’t work, for example a running plan whose instructions ask for rides (switch to Triathlete for that, see screenshot) or a race course whose long sessions don’t fit your available hours.

Takes effect on your next plan request. [Preferences you mention in the chat are offered for saving into the prompt](https://forum.aiendurance.com/t/new-training-planner-now-takes-into-account-what-you-tell-the-chat/229), so they count too.
