Is it possible to add a food lib to add our food like during the train, before or after.
I spend a lot of time to ask the chat to prepare my food during train, for the breakfast and organization.
Per example, how can i organize my food when i have two trainings in the morning (before, during, between, during, after). OK chat can do it, but it requires to ask, spent time to exchange on it.
The system can not use link to learn composition (protein, lipids, etc).
It gives smart receipts (like bowlcake etc) but i was nice to add a lib or something like that to add our existing portfolio.
yes we have some ideas around this already. Since we have the underlying nutrition model (how many kcal, protein, fat, carbs you need for the day and for the workout) and your planned activity we could give you a detailed nutrition plan for each activity based on your preferences.
Kind of similar to ‘Edit Day’ but for each workout nutrition. You would probably have a ‘nutrition prompt’ where you define your general preferences for in-workout nutrition (which gels, drinks, bars, fruit etc) and then you can get a nutrition plan for each workout of the day with the option to change the prompt for the workout (for example: ‘today I only want to eat bananas during my ride’).
It should also address the pre and post fueling and should merge with the current Nutrition page.
That’s roughly the plan, so not really a library (although your nutrition prompt is kind of that) but I think it will be very good and useful.
