# Apple Watch Recovery HRV vs HRV

Hi all,

I’ve recently acquired an Apple Watch Ultra 4 and will be using that instead of my garmin moving forward. Since the AWU4 is able to measure HRV in RMSSD (known as “recovery HRV” in Apple health lexicon), is there a way to sync RMSSD HRV to AIEndurance? I use HealthFit to sync my watch, have used rungap in the past, but it appears that SDNN is the only exported HRV at this time via this method. Thanks!

Hi Mike, thanks for the question. With [Watchletic](https://www.watchletic.com/) you should be able to track rMSSD and many other things including getting your workouts from AIE on the device. We’ll eventually have a direct Apple Health integration but that will be a little bit of a wait I’m afraid.
